I have been involved in youth ministry for over 30 years. My passion for youth ministry began in college where I volunteered for Young Life. After graduating college, I worked as a youth minister in Duluth, running a drop-in center and developing an outreach ministry. I continue to work in ministry as a psychologist, volunteer, and trainer. I have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities for growth that people in ministry encounter when working with families on a daily basis. Currently, I am using my training as a counseling psychologist to provide workshops to pastors, youth ministers, volunteers, youth, and parents. My focus in workshops is to provide practical information and skills training for people involved in ministry. I have a mind-body-spirit approach which focuses on integrating spirituality in helping people heal and grow in their faith.
